ANNUAL EQUIPMENT RENT WITH PURCHASE OPTION
Sometimes you need a certain device only for a certain project, sometimes you want to try a product over a longer period to find out, if it suits your needs in practice. For such cases we offer the annual rent with purchase option. It holds good for most of our hardware products, for example outboard or microphones. If you decide to buy, there will be discount on the original price. If you have questions concerning the conditions, feel free to contact us!

PRICES AND CONDITIONS
- Rental is only possible for one whole year. The rent can be extended after every year under the same conditions.
- We will demand an identity card and a document, newer than one month, with adress dates (bank statement or similar). We reserve the right to check the finacial standing or the absence of rent arrears.
- For the purchase option, the original price will be defined at the beginning of the period. In case of purchase after one year, 50% of the payed rent will be discounted from the sales price. In case of purchase before one year, the rent for the rest of the days will be discounted completely.
- The daily rate for the annual rent is 0,069% of the new price and for many articles placed on the article page. If not, contact us and we clarify individually, if the annual rent is possible. Software, computer interfaces and controller are excluded.
SHIPPING
- The rent begins as soon as the equipment is arrived at the renter's place.
- The rent must be payed completely in advance. Products, which are not in stock, will be ordered as soon as the amount has incurred. There may be longer shipping periods.
- Payed return costs will be refunded in case of purchase.
- In case of purchase after less than one month, the shipping costs will be refunded.
RISK SPREADING
- If there is damage during the rent period, for example through fire, theft, accidents, the renter is liable. To limit this risk, the risk spreading adds up to 3% of the sales price/year. The amount will be charged for each whole year and will not be discounted in case of purchase.
- The risk spreading takes effect, if the renter is demonstrably not able, to compensate the costs through his or her own insurance.
- The risk spreading is mandatory. In case of defect, the rent will be limited to the previous period.
DAMAGE AND RECLAMATION
- If a rent object needs service or repair, the rent period will be extended. This is not valid in case of actual fault.
- For the rented equipment, there is a 3-year-guarantee. Repair costs for damage after this period have to be incurred by the renter.
CALCULATION OF ANNUAL RENT
Example of an article of 3000€ netto / 3570 € brutto and a daily rate of 2,07 netto / 2,46 € brutto:
Annual rate: 2,46 € x 365 = 899,10 €
Risk spreading: 3570 € x 0,03 = 107,10 €
Shipping and return: 2 x 15 € = 30 €
Insgesamt sind bei Mietbeginn zu zahlen: 899,10 € + 107,10 € + 30 € = 1036,20 €
CALCULATION OF THE SALES PRICE AFTER ONE YEAR
Sales price: 3570 €
Refund of 50% of the paid rent: 899,10 € / 2 = 449,55 €
Refund of return shipping costs: 15 €
The customer still has to pay: 3570 € - 396,03 € – 15 € = 3105,45 €
CALCULATION OF THE SALES PRICE AFTER FIVE MONTHS (153 DAYS)
Sales price: 3570 €
Refund of 50% of the paid rent for 153 days: (2,46 € x 153) / 2 = 188,19 €
Refund of the paid rent for 212 days; 2,46 € x 212 = 521,52 €
Refund of return shipping costs: 15 €
The customer still has to pay: 3570 € - 188,19 € - 521,52 € -15 € = 2845,29 €
