The Antelope Audio MRC is a compact Multichannel Remote Controller designed for professional stereo, surround and immersive monitoring workflows. It supports more than 23 monitoring formats, ranging from standard stereo configurations up to 9.1.6 Dolby Atmos, providing direct tactile control for complex multichannel studio setups.
The MRC provides a comprehensive and customizable preset recall system, allowing engineers to quickly switch between input sources, outputs and other monitoring configurations. Dedicated controls provide individual Mute and Solo functionality for every speaker across all supported formats, making it easier to inspect individual channels within large immersive monitoring systems.
A central rotary encoder provides precise volume control over either a calibrated multichannel output or a dedicated stereo monitor output. Dedicated Mute and Dim functions are available for the currently selected output, giving engineers immediate access to essential monitoring controls without relying on software operation.
The MRC offers plug-and-play compatibility with Atmos-ready Antelope Audio interfaces through a single USB computer connection. The same USB connection also provides bus power, eliminating the need for an additional external power supply. Predefined buttons with LED indicators provide clear visual feedback during operation.
Its compact desktop design uses a durable metal housing with a black brushed-aluminum finish. According to Antelope Audio, the MRC is designed and manufactured in the EU.
