CoDI is developed as a plug & play interface and works with the standard drivers of the respective operating systems.
Avenson Audio IsoDIBuilding on the circuitry of the SmallDI, the IsoDI adds two optional isolation stages. The main signal path is still a clean, wide bandwidth transformerless FET amplifier, but the power is generated with an isolated DC to DC converter so that you can have true ground isolation and still run the IsoDI on phantom power. The IsoOut jack can be a buffered, transformer isolated output to feed amplifiers or other inputs that can compromise the performance of the main signal path if connected in parallel. Now there is a way to get a clean DI signal even when there is bad stage power that causes the amp to buzz from light dimmer hash! The switchable IsoOut / Parallel jack give you the flexibility to configure the jack as a summed input, a parallel connected output, or a transformer isolated output. All of this in a rugged palm sized aluminum extrustion that makes it easy to toss into your gig bag or pack into a road case. The P DI 2 is a dual channel fully passive DI box, based on quality custom-made transformer for exceptional professional studio recording, as well as live use. Thanks to its passive, power-free design, the P DI 2 converts the impedance from high to low and balances the signal using a magnetic transformer that transfers audio while blocking unwanted DC voltage and RFI. This makes it especially effective at eliminating hum and buzz from ground loops while maintaining the tone of your instrument at every stage. An additional 15dB PAD switch helps with hotter instruments and even allows speaker outputs to be plugged into the P DI 2. A THRU parallel connection for forwarding the input signals is also available. Transformers are the main ingredient on any high-level passive DI and the only way to master the transformer world is pure experience. Heritage Audio spent the last 15 years designing custom-made transformers and mastered transparent passive signal handling with the R.A.M monitor controller series. The P DI 2 is based on new designed HA-DI transformer. It has the ideal combination of a nickel core for an ultra-transparent signal transfer and MU Metal shielding for protection against any unwanted noise or interference caused by outside sources. The P DI 2 works best with active circuit instruments like keyboards, synths, drum machines, samplers and some guitars and basses, when they are required to be plugged into a PA or recording system. By matching the instrument’s output level to a typical microphone level, converting it to a balanced signal and minimizing noise, the strongest, clearest signal can be achieved.

IBP Analog Phase Alignment Tool line/instrument selects between the line level xlr input on the rear (unity gain) and when pushed in the instrument in on the front (hi Z 10M with gain) for using as a direct box. Earth lift lifts the ground (pin 1)of the output xlr. Phase adjust bypass does just that, bypassing all phase adjust circuitry and allows you to use the IBP without phase adjust, as an active DI or when using the line input, a transformer isolated line driver. Phase invert is a simple polarity reversal as you would find on a mixing console out is 0 degrees, in is 180 degrees. Phase adjust 90 degrees /180 degrees selects between two stages (button out) or one stage of phase adjust. This allows a more extreme phase adjustment with a full swing of as much as 180 degrees or a less extreme 90 degrees of phase adjustment. Phase center lo/hi selects between a higher bandwidth phase adjust (button out)and a primarily lower frequency phase adjust (button in). This and the phase adjust button create the phase curve. It is important to note phase is frequency dependent and is different than time. For example depending on the two sources you are combining, and whether one source is direct and one is miked- between room reflections distance from the cabinet etc. determines what the curve would need to be. (e.g. you need to get the G note in phase as well the A note). Phase adjust knob determines the degree of phase adjust. On the rear of the unit you have a re-amp instrument level out. This will, when line level is selected bring the +4dB balanced signal down to instrument level. This output is affected by the phase adjust when selected. When instrument is selected the re-amp out is an instrument level output that is affected by the phase adjust(and can be used in a stomp box type mode). The level trim for the re-amp can be reached with a standard trim tool. Real time all analog phase sweep between zero and one hundred and eighty degrees... and everything inbetween. Allows mics to be placed where they sound best individually, compromising mic placement due to phase problems is not necessary when using the ibp. +4dB XLR balanced input and outputs. Internal super quality active transformer isolated line level direct box. Reamp capability for bringing +4dB line level signal to guitar level. Buffered instrument level output for driving long guitar cable. Allows splitting between two instrument amps with transformer isolation and phase sweep. Rack mountable 4 IBPs fit in a1U 19' standard rack space. Extremely high quality construction. Made in the U.S.A.
IBPJ - IBP Junior - Analog Phase Alignment ToolThis IBP Junior was designed to put the power of phase control in the palette of the creative audio engineers hand. Although most mixers and preamps have a phase-reverse switch, a simple 180-degree change in a signal's polarity may be more phase change than you need in a particular situation. The IBP Junior allows continuous control from 0 to 180 degrees over a mono signal. This allows to fine-tune the phase relationship between a miked guitar amp and a DI signal or a pair of drum mics. The result of such precise control can be as subtle as an increase in presence or as obvious as higher gain and an improved transient response.Features - Continuosly variable natural phase adjust. - Line level balanced XLR in and out. - Audiophile sound and construction. - Rack mountable, 4 units fit in a 1U space.
The PCP Instrument Distro signal splitter, router and DI is a master of many trades and could easily be an integral part of a personal studio that tracks live instruments. As a splitter it allows sending high-impedance signals to three separate destinations without a loss in audio quality or sound coloration. So one guitar signal can be sent to three amplifiers and recorded simultaneously. But it is not just for guitars, basses, and keyboards. The PCP can also be fed with line level signals - such as a previously recorded track - and routed to some vintage gear or stompboxes. With the integrated DI the low-impedance signal of the stompboxes can returned for rerecording. The PCP Instrument Distro can also be used as a line driver, helping to maintain the timbral quality of instruments over long cable distances and with the active DI output any instrument can interface pro-level gear. Each output has its own trim control, phase switch, and ground lift. Quarter-inch inputs and a matrix of controls are readily available on the front panel.Features - One to three-out guitar splitter - Three transformer isolated guitar level/ high-impedance outputs - Phase reverse, ground lift and level adjust on each output - Audiophile DI - Guitar line driver - Three line level inputs for re-amping

Over the past decade or so, the need for more DIs has skyrocketed as instrumentation has incorporated more and more electronic elements. From elaborate analog synth rigs, to multiple laptops, to loop-stations and more, getting excellent tone from multiple DIs is more important today than ever. With their unique gain architecture, Phoenix's Nice DIs intuitively offer up a wide array of tones, such that working with a direct signal takes on the artistry we tend to associate only with working with mic'd signals.Pure Class-A Tone at InputThe Nice DIs are built around a fully discrete Class-A circuit design, all hand-wired with military-grade silver connections into rugged and portable steel boxes. Our transformerless, ultra-high impedance (10Mohm) input stage assures that your signals are delivered into the circuit in their full glory. No treble roll off, or sluggish bass response as is rampant with so many DIs. Instead, you'll hear the full-bodied, punchy sounds necessary for delivering the powerful, often bombastic and complex, signals of modern music. Guitars and basses will sing; lush synths will swarm; hard-hitting drum machines will thump and crack—each sound rendered with its transients and full frequency spectrum in tact.Versatile Transformer-Balanced OutputThe output stage of the Nice DIs uses Phoenix Audio's renown DSOP-2, an all discrete output amp based on head-designer Dave Rees's infamous TF1 amp (which he developed for use in vintage Neve modules). With its custom-wound DB694 transformer and enormous headroom, the DSOP-2 can be driven to taste. Deliver more gain to achieve a beautifully saturated sound, back off for a cleaner, hi-fi sound, or choose any flavor in-between. And because these DIs can accept unbalanced line level or levels up to 0db you can use the N8, for example, anywhere a line-amp is necessary: along side your console, in a live setting, or simply in any patch to pick up that Class-A tone. With an easily recalled stepped gain control on every channel, dialing in your exact sound is a breeze. You'll find these to be the most musical, intuitive and versatile DIs you've ever used, capable of breathing new life into any direct injected signal.
