The new IN-8 2nd Wave features an updated amplifier module, enabling 12 dB less self-noise while simultaneously increasing output by 3 dB. The tuning has been refined for even smoother high-frequency response, and the boundary EQs have been updated to allow for more practical settings. A new preset for horizontal speaker positioning is also included. Further updates include lighter transducer diaphragms for faster transient response and an improved cabinet design for reduced self-resonance.
