Product information "Neumann TLM 103 Studio Set"
The Neumann TLM 103 Studio Set is a professional large-diaphragm condenser microphone set designed for studio recording, broadcasting and voice-over applications. Its cardioid polar pattern and capsule design derived from the classic Neumann U 87 deliver detailed, direct sound reproduction with enhanced presence. The transformerless circuitry provides a clear, balanced sound with a strong bass response and excellent dynamic performance.
With an exceptionally low self-noise level of 7 dB-A, a sensitivity of 23 mV/Pa and a maximum sound pressure level of 138 dB, the TLM 103 captures quiet speech and vocals as well as louder instruments. The nickel-finish Studio Set includes the TLM 103 microphone and the EA 1 elastic shock mount, which helps reduce structure-borne vibration during recording. It is suitable for vocals, podcasts, voice-over, piano, acoustic instruments and professional studio work.
