PunchLight DLi such as the others Trigger units automatically indicates recording or record ready and switches on an external device such as Recording Display, Ring, etc. Two light units are possible to control simultaneously. The PunchLight DLi is connected via a USB port to a computer (PC or Mac) in your studio. The third output is dedicated just to connecting Studio Display XT2 or SD2.
The PunchLight DLi-LAN is a network MIDI device that connects PunchLight lighting units and studio displays via a local area network (LAN). This device controls the studio warning lights from your host audio application (DAW) and displays information such as timecode, bars/beats, time, etc., on PunchLight Studio Displays. Professional audio applications such as Pro Tools, Cubase, Logic, Studio One, Reaper, etc., are compatible with DLi-LAN. You can easily use existing cabling, and there is no need to run new cables from the DAW; just use the existing ones.

It also has a ‘record-ready‘ mode which is useful for actors in a dubbing studio and for larger groups of musicians. The device has its own visual signaling system as well as the ability to control any signaling systems already installed in the studio. PunchLight Midi is easy to install and use in any studio environment.
The RECORDING Lamp USB is a small light unit that automatically indicates recording start/stop and “record ready”. A cue can be controlled manually via a different color. The unit is powered directly via USB. No PSU, switching unit, or Midi Interface is needed!

Aesthetically stunning, it has the same functions as a recording display. In the standard version, the product displays “RECORDING” in red and also has a standby/signal light (yellow). It attaches to any door or wall with a single wire with hooks. It comes in an anodized aluminum housing. It has low energy consumption (0.96W per color). Powered by 12V DC. Possibility of custom graphics in the CUSTOM program.

The RECORDING Strip is a simple, compact light unit designed to fit in tight spots, and, with its strong magnetic base, to securely attach to any steel surface. It has to be connected to the PunchLight DLi, PunchLight GPI, PunchLight MIDI or the Relay SwitchBox either of which act as a trigger. It shines bright "RED" to indicate recording punch in/out. Typical usage is above door, at the entrance to the recording room, warning others that recording is in progress.
The Relay Extender allows you to control any other device, e.g. speakers, a microphone, or even your light system via one small additional box. It is very easy to connect it to an existing PunchLight MIDI, PunchLight GPI, PunchLight WLi or PunchLight DLi and automatically turn the appropriate gear on or off.
Two independent relays The Relay SwitchBox USB is a small USB powered unit with two built-in relays. The unit can control any signaling systems already installed in the studio. You can control any other device, e.g. speakers, a microphone, or even your own light system via just one small box. The Relay SwitchBox USB can work without a power supply, as it is connected and powered via just a 5V USB port.Flexible use The Relay SwitchBox USB is designed for anybody working in project, dubbing, or postproduction studios who needs visual confirmation of when a recording begins or ends. Studio Display USB greatly expands the features of the existing Timecode Display and is an ideal assistant for conductors, post-production, or dubbing studios. In addition to the timecode, the display can show bars/beats, time, samples, or frames. It has a two-color LED to indicate active recording (RED) or pre-roll/playback (YELLOW). It is compact, 16 mm thin and thanks to its dimensions, it does not take up too much space on the desktop. Power is provided directly from the USB port, so there is no additional cabling. It is supplied with a special bent USB cable (3m) and a USB extension cable for longer distances.Compatible with Pro Tools, Cubase, Nuendo, Logic Pro, and most other audio/MIDI applications.
The versatile Studio Displays are used in many of the world’s recording and postproduction studios. It is a great help in orientation during large projects or dubbing. The imaginative design enhances the professional aluminum frame in black or platinum color and is the perfect size for large or small studios.Studio Display XT2 displays information from DAW in real time. Displays data such as Timecode, Bars/Beats, Frames and more. The display is made up of multi-colored segments, thanks to which it also displays information about ongoing recording or Preroll. Multi-colour segments during playback timecode are in green, “ready” is in yellow and during recording, all segments turn red. It indicates record start/stop and record-ready/pre-roll/post-roll which is useful for musicians, singers, and other artists as well as dubbing and post-production studios. You can choose red-only for all modes. The device is compatible with a wide range of DAWs such as Pro Tools, Cubase, Nuendo, Reaper and many others. It also works as an MTC Code reader.PunchLight DLi is included for the USB connection. This small box has one output for the Display XT2 and two additional outputs for connecting external lights, such as the Recording Display, Lamp, Ring etc. The Studio Display XT2 is hooked up to the PunchLight DLi via a six-wire cable, terminated at both ends using RJ12 phone-connectors. This cable is supplied in the standard length of 10m. For other lengths please check with us. The Studio Display XT2 has seconds added to the clock. In addition, Time is now continuously backed-up by an internal battery, so the clock is still set when the unit is turned off or disconnected from the power supply. All functions from the previous version have been kept: it displays timecode, time, or samples & bars. The remote control can turn off the last two segments, switch between dots or colons, filter MTC, switch the display between “Pro Tools” or other audio applications (“Generic”), and set overall brightness. You can still send custom messages from your computer to the display – using the remote.
