Kali Audio presents the 3-way 5" IN-5 nearfield monitor as a precise monitoring system for smaller rooms. This further development of the successful LP series features a sophisticated bass reflex system with a level-stable woofer. Instead of the usual tweeter with 3D imaging waveguides, however, a coaxial mid-high combination was installed. The profile-optimized 4" midrange driver also functions as a waveguide. By limiting the peak excursion to 1 mm, intermodulation distortion, which otherwise occurs with coaxial systems, was avoided. The midrange driver also relieves the load on the woofer and tweeter, thus the IN-5 plays more harmoniously and distortion-free than conventional 2-way studio monitors.

The new IN-8 2nd Wave features an updated amplifier module, enabling 12 dB less self-noise while simultaneously increasing output by 3 dB. The tuning has been refined for even smoother high-frequency response, and the boundary EQs have been updated to allow for more practical settings. A new preset for horizontal speaker positioning is also included. Further updates include lighter transducer diaphragms for faster transient response and an improved cabinet design for reduced self-resonance.

The new LP-6 studio monitor is part of Kali's 2nd Wave speaker series. The models in this new edition, dubbed the " 2nd Wave ," are the result of three years of research and development and have been improved across the board. A new amplifier module delivers 12 dB less self-noise, while input sensitivity has been increased by 3 dB. Tuning has been refined for smoother high-frequency response, and the boundary EQs have been updated for common practical applications. A new preset for positioning the speakers on desktop stands is also included. Other improvements include lighter transducer diaphragms for better transient response and improved cabinet construction for greater reliability. Tried-and-tested, unique features such as waveguide technology, woofers with oversized magnets, and the sophisticated bass reflex system have, of course, been retained, making the LP-6 2nd Wave studio monitor a reliable tool regardless of genre or budget.

The SM-5 is an active 3-way studio monitor with a 5-inch woofer, a 4-inch midrange driver, and a 1-inch coaxial metal dome tweeter. The SM-5 features user-definable DSP parameters that allow the speaker to be fully calibrated to its environment. The DSP features 8 bands of EQ, delay, and trim controls. This allows for defining different calibration profiles, allowing for placement in different rooms and tuning to different objectives.
The SM-5-C is a passive 3-way studio monitor with a 5-inch woofer, a 4-inch midrange driver, and a 1-inch coaxial metal dome tweeter.
The SM-8 is a 3-way active studio monitor featuring an 8-inch woofer and a 4-inch midrange driver with a 1-inch coaxial metal dome tweeter. Part of Kali's flagship Santa Monica speaker series, the SM-8 combines Kali's proven 3-way coincidence architecture with uncompromising components to deliver unprecedented imaging, accuracy, and detail for critical mixing applications.
The update to the popular subwoofer offers several improvements over the original version. Under the hood, the electronics have undergone several upgrades: The signal-to-noise ratio of the crossover has been improved by more than 6 dB. Durability and reliability have been enhanced through revised thermal management and the selection of high-quality components. Exterior improvements have also been incorporated: For easy setup of top units, the WS-12 V2 now also features an M10 pole mount.
The WS-6.2 is an active studio subwoofer with two 6.5-inch long-throw woofers. It was designed to be both powerful and small, requiring less than half the space of a comparable subwoofer. Despite its small form factor, it achieves a maximum sound pressure level of 120 dB and a low-frequency response of 27 Hz.
