Pyramix MASSCORE D-USR (Double Upgrade & Support Renewal)

The Pyramix MASSCORE D-USR package is intended for customers whose MASSCORE engine is two major releases behind the current version. It provides a direct upgrade path to the latest MASSCORE engine while restoring eligibility for technical support throughout the next software lifecycle.

Upgrade to the Latest MASSCORE Engine

With the D-USR package, users can move from an older MASSCORE generation directly to the latest engine release and benefit from the newest performance enhancements, processing improvements, and platform updates. This renewal applies exclusively to the MASSCORE engine and does not include upgrades for Pyramix or Ovation software packs. A corresponding D-USR for the associated software package must be purchased separately.

Renewed Support and License Management

D-USR reactivates access to technical support services, ensuring assistance remains available while using the current MASSCORE version. The package also includes complimentary license key transfers and ownership name changes, providing greater flexibility when administering licenses across multiple systems and users.

Upgrade Requirements

This D-USR package is designed for customers whose MASSCORE engine is two major versions behind the latest release. To complete the upgrade, a MASSCORE D-USR must be purchased together with the appropriate Pyramix or Ovation Pack D-USR.

For example, customers upgrading from Pyramix PREMIUM 14 with MASSCORE to Pyramix PREMIUM 16 with MASSCORE must purchase both a Pyramix PREMIUM D-USR and a MASSCORE D-USR.

Users whose MASSCORE engine is only one major version behind the current release do not require a D-USR. In such cases, a standard MASSCORE USR can be purchased alongside the corresponding Pyramix or Ovation Pack USR. For example, upgrading from Pyramix PREMIUM 15 with MASSCORE to Pyramix PREMIUM 16 with MASSCORE requires a MASSCORE USR together with a Pyramix PREMIUM USR.
